Infineon Sets New Standards In Technology With Optimostm 5 25 V And 30 V Mosfets In PQFN 2X2 Package

Infineon Technologies AG has introduced a new product: OptiMOSTM 5 25 V and 30 V MOSFETs in PQFN 2 x 2 mm2 package, which designed for discrete power MOSFET technology to set a new industry standard. They are use thin wafer technology and innovative packaging. The OptiMOS 5 25 V and 30 V power MOSFET is optimized for synchronous rectification in SMPS applications such as servers, communications, portable chargers and wireless charging. The power MOSFETs also can be used in drones, in ESC (Electronic Speed Control) modules for small brushless motors.

Housed in a PQFN 2x2 package, the power MOSFET devices offer higher power density, small form factor, and the industry's lowest on-resistance to reduce power consumption.
